Accessibility Statement
Last updated:
Trinity Labs aims to make trinity-labs.co.uk usable by as many people as possible, including people using a keyboard, screen reader or other assistive technology. If something prevents you from finding information, ordering or getting support, please tell us.
Our approach
We use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target for improvements. This is an aim, not a claim that the whole website has been independently audited or certified as conformant.
The site includes a skip-to-content link, labelled navigation and form controls, text descriptions for product images, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. It respects reduced-motion preferences. We aim to keep text readable, focus visible and controls usable without relying on colour alone.
Areas that may need assistance
Some product demonstrations use visual diagrams, dragging or detailed controls, which may be difficult with a keyboard or screen reader. Product videos and older blog media may not have complete captions or equivalent text descriptions. Downloadable 3D models and device software are specialist files and may require compatible tools.
Payment, account sign-in, reviews, security checks and embedded videos include third-party services. Their interfaces may behave differently from the rest of the site. We cannot claim that every combination of browser, assistive technology and third-party content has been tested.
Getting help or an alternative format
Email contact@trinity-labs.co.uk with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the format or assistance that would help. If you are comfortable sharing your browser, device or assistive technology, that can help us reproduce the problem. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
We will review the issue and work with you on a practical alternative, such as a written explanation of a product demonstration or help accessing order information. Please do not send payment card details or passwords by email.
Ongoing improvements
We review accessibility as the site changes and use reported problems to guide improvements. We will update this statement when our assessment or known limitations change. For information about how we handle the details you send us, read our privacy notice.
