Shipping Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains delivery for orders placed directly with Trinity Labs. For returns, faulty goods and our one-year limited warranty, see our refund and warranty policy.
Where we deliver
We dispatch physical products from the United Kingdom. Available destinations and delivery services are shown at checkout after you enter your address. We cannot accept an order if we cannot provide a delivery quote or if a legal or export restriction prevents supply. Contact contact@trinity-labs.co.uk if your destination is unavailable.
Please provide a complete delivery address and accurate contact details. If you need to change them, tell us promptly. We will try to help, but a change may not be possible once an order is dispatched.
Delivery charges
We currently offer free UK and international delivery on all orders, with no minimum order value. Applicable import duties, import VAT and other import taxes, and customs clearance fees are included for international orders.
Delivery is available to the destinations supported at checkout. All amounts are in pounds sterling (GBP), and your order total is shown before you pay.
Delivery times
Any delivery estimate shown with your order takes priority over a general estimate elsewhere on the website. Dispatch is when a parcel leaves us; delivery is when it reaches you.
We will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of accepting your order unless we agree a different period with you. This includes a later preorder window expressly disclosed and agreed before purchase. We do not promise a universal next-day service or a fixed international transit time.
Preorders and mixed orders
Preorder availability and the expected dispatch or delivery window are identified before you pay. Production-run announcements are plans; the information agreed for your specific order governs its delivery. We will contact you if we expect a material delay, and you can cancel an undelivered standard preorder for a refund.
If your basket contains items with different availability dates, we may send them together when all are ready or arrange separate deliveries with you. We will explain any effect on an agreed delivery date. We will not add another delivery charge without your agreement.
Dispatch and tracking
We will provide dispatch information and a tracking reference where the selected service supports it. You can also check available tracking details in customer support. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a carrier receives a parcel.
For consumer orders, goods remain our responsibility until you or someone you nominate physically receives them. A carrier’s tracking entry does not by itself remove our responsibility to investigate non-delivery. Different rules apply if you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.
International orders: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
Orders are charged in GBP, with the total and delivery charge shown before payment. We ship international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Trinity Labs covers applicable import duties, import VAT and other import taxes, and customs clearance fees. You are not responsible for additional import charges on delivery.
Customs checks can affect transit times. We provide accurate customs descriptions and values and cannot mark a commercial purchase as a gift or understate its value. Contact us if customs needs information from the sender.
If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay import charges, contact contact@trinity-labs.co.uk with your order number and a copy of the payment request before paying so we can resolve it. If you have already paid a charge covered by our DDP delivery, send us proof of payment so we can arrange reimbursement.
If a parcel is returned because delivery could not be completed, contact us to arrange the next steps. We will explain any proposed redelivery cost before proceeding. Any cancellation refund or lawful deduction is handled under our refund policy; there is no automatic forfeiture of the purchase price.
Late, missing or damaged deliveries
Contact contact@trinity-labs.co.uk if a parcel is overdue, appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item. Include your order number and, if possible, photographs of damage and packaging. Keep damaged packaging while we investigate, where practical. We will deal with the carrier; you do not have to resolve a carrier claim before asking us for a remedy.
If we miss the agreed delivery period, you can normally set a reasonable additional deadline and cancel if we also miss it. You may cancel immediately if we refuse delivery or an essential agreed delivery date is missed. We refund amounts due without undue delay. Prompt reports help us investigate, but there is no arbitrary short reporting window that removes your statutory rights.
